LESS CHASING. MORE MOMENTUM.Leave the next person
a clear place to start.
PASS THE CONTEXT, NOT THE CONFUSION.

The new button states and spacing rules are documented.
A CLEAR VIEW. A CONSIDERED APPROACH.

It needs shared expectations, thoughtful access
and space for life beyond the screen.

you ask people to share.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
For teams who work a little differently.
No. This interactive design uses fictional people and sample work patterns. It does not connect to accounts, track activity, capture screens, or measure productivity.
Choose a date, cities and local work schedules. The planner calculates common weekday work time using each city’s time zone, including daylight-saving changes. It considers the whole meeting duration and excludes weekends, but not public holidays or calendar events.
The planner shows that there is no common window for the selected duration. Use the asynchronous handoff example instead of assuming that someone should work outside their chosen hours.
The time-zone planner, handoff composer and working-agreement controls on this page are proposed experiences for this design. Confirm current feature availability with the Neebix team before treating them as a product commitment.
This page includes a downloadable working agreement for a small-team pilot. Define what you want to understand, set clear boundaries with your team and confirm the right product setup before rolling out more widely.
